I’m just coming back from vacation, and coming back to reality.

You know the feeling.

Your skin of bronze, from the beach and time in the sun.

The sound of the ocean waves like a distant memory.

The reality of what you need to catch up on seeps in.

The heat rises from your belly to your chest. Anxiety.

Studies show that the afterglow of a vacation lasts 8 days.

So, to stay refueled, we need to ensure that we’re focused on the daily habits that allow us to not just be productive, but happy, healthy and aligned.

That’s what this week’s newsletter is all about.
